Patient Representative Group

customer_serviceThe Patient Representative Group has a membership of around 8 patients who meet regularly with a view to improving communications, discussing concerns and looking at areas of service that can be improved.

In addition the group explores ways in which patients may be encouraged to improve their health and wellbeing. Of special interest is how patients can achieve this by a willingness to take responsibility, adopt a healthier lifestyle and to work together with their healthcare professionals.

The PRG seeks to be proactive in listening to patients' ideas and working positively with the medical team.
